Dillon was born and raised in Arkansas and has a passion for hospitality and craft cocktails. He is a staple of the Little Rock restaurant community and is currently the General Manager of Allsopp & Chapple, the owner of Arkansas Mixology Associates, and sits on the board of directors for the Arkansas Restaurant Association. He was also named the 2023 Emerging Hospitality Leader of the Year by the Arkansas Hospitality Association.

Dillon first started working with ACS in 2018 when Arkansas Mixology Associates was hired to bartend the Filmland Sponsor Lounge. Since then his role with ACS has grown, becoming the Filmland Sponsor Lounge Lead in 2022 before evolving into his current role as Director of Hospitality in 2024.

As Director of Hospitality, it is Dillon’s goal to ensure ACS sponsors feel appreciated and have a direct line of contact for all their ACS needs, whether it be questions about ACS events, or assistance in ordering tickets to screenings. Dillon also helps make ACS events more exciting by planning happy hours, after parties, and developing signature cocktails for certain events.
