John R. Tyson is an executive, investor and non-profit board member. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Tyson Foods, where today he serves on the board of directors and is a member of the board’s strategy and acquisitions committee. Prior to joining Tyson Foods, he worked in investment banking and as a private equity and venture capital investor. John has an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. John is a proud Arkansan and long-time supporter of Arkansas Cinema Society's mission to give a platform to the arts and nurture film talent in his home state.
