Josh Lucas can currently be seen starring alongside Kristen Wiig, Allison Janney, Carol Burnett, Laura Dern, and Ricky Martin in Apple TV+’s PALM ROYALE. PALM ROYALE is set during the powderkeg era of the late 1960s and follows Maxine Simmons (Wiig) and her attempt to secure her seat at America’s most exclusive table: Palm Beach high society. Lucas plays Douglas, Maxine’s husband. The show premiered on Apple TV+ in March 2024 to rave reviews.

Lucas can also be seen in Season 5 of the Emmy nominated Paramount Network drama, “Yellowstone,” where he reprises his role in 7 episodes as ‘Young John Dutton.’ The Yellowstone franchise continues to be incredibly successful, drawing in a series high during the Season 4 finale with 9.3 million total viewers and three spinoff series.  

Lucas recently completed production on the political thriller LILLY directed by Rachel Feldman and starring alongside Patricia Clarkson.  LILLY is based on the life of Fair Pay activist, Lilly Ledbetter.

Additional film credits include “Blood for Dust,” “The Forever Purge,” the Oscar-nominated drama FORD VS. FERRARI, THE LINCOLN LAWYER, A BEAUTIFUL MIND, AMERICAN PSYCHO, J. EDGAR, GLORY ROAD, THE BLACK DEMON, and SWEET HOME ALABAMA among many others. Lucas made his Broadway debut in 2005 in Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie. He also starred in The Parisian Woman on Broadway opposite Uma Thurman in 2017.
