Kathy Webb serves as Vice Mayor and represents Ward 3 on the Little Rock City Board. She is passionate about hunger, heading the AR Hunger Relief Alliance as Executive Director. Her love of movies and the memories surrounding them, as well as her love of Little Rock, prompted her to be involved with the ACS.
