Join us in welcoming Little Rock native John-Michael Powell, the writer and director of The Send-off, for an Arkansas Filmmaker Spotlight of his debut feature, which won the Audience Award for Favorite Feature during Filmland 5 last fall. The event takes place at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts (AMFA) on Thursday, July 6th. Doors open at 6 p.m. Show starts at 6:30 p.m. A Q+A with Powell will follow. Admission is $15. Arrive early for a drink or hors d'oeuvres at the Park Grill beforehand.
